Opposite party 3 agreed to refund 100% of the invoice value in case the complainant return the defective LED TV and its accessories within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order . Compromise petition order also filed which is recorded.
In the result complaint allowed in terms of compromise . Compromise petition will form part of the decree.
