Complainant absent. No representation. Opposite party appeared directly. Counsel also appeared. Counsel for the opposite party and the opposite party directly submitted that the bank is ready to stop all the coercive proceedings against the complainant if the complainant pays the defaulted amount comes around Rs.15,000/-. So the complainant can approach the opposite party for further payment. Hence the petition dismissed.
