ORDER The complaint is allowed in part. The O.P. shall deposit to the A/c of complainant bearing No.39219 Rs.28,255/- within one month from the date of order. The O.P. shall pay interest at 9% p.a. from 26/08/2005 till payment of entire amount. The O.P. shall pay Rs.2,00/- being the compensation due to mental agony The O.Ps. shall also pay Rs.500-00 towards cost of  the proceedings.
