 Complaint is filed to get an order directing opposite party to return the 23.87 grams of gold and three blank cheques of South Indian Bank Peruvembu Branch which were given as security to business loan along with Rs.75,000/- as compensation  to the complainant.

Heard on admission.

On the perusal of the complaint it is found that the complainant availed a gold loan from the opposite parties. But no document is produced to show that the complainant has availed a gold loan from the opposite party.  Several chances were given for the production of documents. They were produced some documents which were not related to the gold loan taken by the complainant.  So we could not find any consumer- service provider relationship between the complainant and opposite party. In the above circumstances, we are of the view that the complaint is not maintainable before the Forum.

Hence complaint dismissed without going to the merits of the case.

          Pronounced in the open court on this the  07^th day of February 2018.
