Heard on admission. Complaint is filed to get compensation from the opposite party. On going through the complaint it is seen that the opposite party carries business beyond the territorial jurisdiction of this Forum. Further there is no cause of action within the territorial jurisdiction of the Forum. Hence as per Section 11 of the Consumer Protection Act the Forum has no territorial jurisdiction to entertain the complaint. Hence without going into the merits of the case, we dismiss the complaint with direction to approach appropriate Forum for relief.
