          Complainant present.Heard the complainant who argued the matter by himself.  Perused the complaint and connected records.  It is clear from the averments in the complaint that this Forum is having no territorial jurisdiction to entertain the complaint as the cause of action took place at the Legislative Assembly canteen, Thiruvananthapuram.  Hence the complaint stands rejected U/s 12(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1986.

          It is made clear that the rejection of the present complaint is not a bar to file a fresh complaint for the same cause of action before the CDRF, Thiruvananthapuram.

No costs.
