Complaint coming up for hearing on admission, the forum deliver the following.

Heard the complainant. Complainant is the Managing Partner of Messrs.Rohini Enterprises, who are the pharmaceutical distributors. The case of the complainant is that he entrusted a case with the 1^st opposite party containing

medicines to deliver it to their principal M/s.Glaxo Smithkline Pharmaceutical Ltd. Even though the consignment was sent on 15/04/09, the same was not delivered to the consignee till date. Hence the complaint.

On going through the complaint, it is understood that the service hired by the complainant is for commercial purpose. Since Consumer Protection Act specifically excludes service hired for commercial purpose from the purview of the Act, we are not in a position to admit the complaint.

Hence without going into the merits of the case, we dismiss the complaint with direction to approach appropriate forum for relief.
