Complainant and opposite party appeared through counsel and submitted that the matter settled between the parties. The complainant is ready to pay Rs.27,000/- to the opposite party within 15 days and the balance amount Rs.11,000/- (Rupees Eleven Thousand only) within 45 days. Both parties agreed. Hence the petition closed with a direction to the complainant to pay Rs.27,000/- to the opposite party within 15 days and the balance within 45 days, and the opposite party is directed to settle the dues of the vehicle loan of the complainant for the vehicle bearing Reg.No.KL-06D-6590.
