                        In view of the application made by the complainant for withdrawal of the execution application, the same is dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant would be at liberty to file fresh execution application as & when the stay order is vacated by the Hon’ble National Commission or after the decision of RP No.1342 of 2010, if need be.

                        The cheque of Rs.6,52,892/- dated 14.5.2010 prepared in the name of complainant be cancelled.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
