Both parties present. Taken at the settlement. Matter settled in the following terms. (1) The petitioner shall pay Rs.3000/- as balance payment within 3 days from today and in such event the opposite party shall issue NOC in respect of the car being No.KL 25 F7041 belong to the complainant.
Both parties agreed and signed hereunder.
As the matter is settled, the complaint stands disposed off in terms of compromise.
No costs.
