Complainant and opposite party absent.  Complainant is continuously absent.  From 21-06-19 case is posted for the evidence of the complainant to  15-11-19.  But the complainant is not turned before the Forum 21-06-19 onwards.  Notice was served to the complainant.  Inspite of receipt of notice the complainant did not appear before the Commission and did not care to adduce evidence.  Conduct of the complainant reveals that he is not interested in proceeding with the complaint.  Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.
