Complainant and opposite party appeared through counsel. The counsel for the opposite party submitted that they are ready to issue the documents if the legal heirs are present before the opposite party with a certificate stating them as legal heirs from the concerned Village Officer. Counsel for the complainant also agreed. Hence the petition dismissed with a direction to the complainant to present before the opposite party with the certificate of the Village Officer, and the legal heirs are also directed to be present. The opposite party is directed to issue the documents within 3 days of the same.
