ORDER The complaint is allowed in part. The O.Ps. shall jointly & severally  rearrange the documents to  chassiss No. for tractor bearing temporary registration NO.KA11, R402/2005-06. The O.Ps. shall pay interest at 10.75% p.a. to the complainant on Rs.6,38,000-00 from the date of taking back the tractor till rearrange of documents to the chasiss of the tractor. The O.Ps. shall pay Rs.500/- per day to the complainant from 21/05/2005 till rearange of documents as finalty. The O.Ps. shall also pay Rs.500/- being the cost of the proceedings.
