ORDER


 

Complainant and opposite party present. Matter settled between parties as per the condition mentioned in the compromise memo which are as follows:

          1. The parties have entered into a settlement that the opposite party is ready and willing to give Mach 2999-10 GB with one year validity free of cost from the date of service connection. No additional charges will be levied from the complainant.

          2. If the party exceeds the limit of 10 GB as per conditions of Mach 2999 the matter should be intimated to the complainant before issuing the new bill.


 

          1. The new connection will be given to the nearest possible date without levying any fee.


 

Hence the complaint is disposed of accordingly. Memo shall form part of the order.
