The case is posted to-day for Order on the point of Admission.

Heard from the Complainant on the previous dates and perused the documents available on the record.

It is seen from the petition and accompanying documents that the Complainant had purchased the consignment for using at for commercial purpose.

Since the purchase was for a commercial purpose, the Complainant can not be regarded as a consumer, falling with the definition of the said expression contained in section 2(1)(d)(i) of the Consumer Protection Act-1986 and he can not maintain consumer complaint under the provision of C.P. Act.

Complaint dismissed as not maintainable.

Case is disposed off accordingly.
