Complaint is  filed  for getting compensation alleging negligence from the part of opposite parties. Complainant filed IA.429/2014 for condoning delay in filing the complaint. This application dismissed vide separate order. In the light of the above order, the complaint is barred by limitation and it is not maintainable. Hence complaint is dismissed.
