Ltd., Block 4-A, DLF Corporate Park, III Floor, DLF Qutub Enclave Phase-III, Mehrauli, Gurgaon Road, Gurgaon 122 002. (By adv. A. SIVAPRASAD : PRESIDENT Both parties filed a compromise petition stating that all the disputes in the complaint have been fully and finally settled out of court and accordingly the 1st and 2nd opposite parties received the amount due from 3rd opposite party and 1st and 2nd opposite parties also refunded the amount due to the complainant and therefore no necessity to further prosecute the matter.
