Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao,  President:-

                The complainant absent when called during call work. No representation on behalf of complainant.  Opposite party reported ready.  Therefore, it is better to pass over the matter.

                   Taken up after lunch. The complainant called absent. No representation on behalf of complainant.  Even though the complainant was absent and no representation on behalf of him, on several occasions this Forum adjourned the matter as the CP Act is a beneficial legislation.  On        24-09-10, the opposite party filed affidavit along with a memo stating that the complainant produced a letter dt.30-04-10 stating that he received gold ornaments from opposite party and they will withdraw the complaint.  This Forum directed the complainant to be present on 13-10-10.  It therefore appears to us that the complainant has no interest in prosecuting the case as he received gold ornaments.  Hence, the complaint is dismissed.
