    The subject matter of this complaint was examined by this Commission when the complainant filed a complaint upon the same subject matter against the same opposite parties as  CC 56/21 and the resultant orders were passed on 12.01.2022.

      Any defects, legal or factual in that order can be challenged before the Appellate Authority.   The relief available to the complainant is not filing of a fresh complaint.

 This complaint is barred by the principles of res judicata  and hence dismissed in limine.
