S.K.SREELA : MEMBER C.C.No. 79/2008 Dated : 30.05.2008 Complainant: K. Sudheendran, Mantharavila Veedu, Odayam, Varkala. Opposite parties:- 1.Manager, Station Canteen Store, Station H.Q, Pangode, Thiruvananthapuram. 2.Central Spare Parts Centre, USHA SHRIRAM(India), P.O.Box 10237, Naraina, New Delhi – 110 028. ORDER SRI.G. SIVAPRASAD : PRESIDENT Complainant present with defective mixer grinder. Opposite parties present. 2nd opposite party produced new mixer grinder. Matter settled between parties as per settlement, opposite parties handed over new mixer grinder to the complainant after receiving the old mixer grinder from the complainant.
