Complainant appeared through counsel. Opposite parties and counsel also appeared. Counsel for the complainant submitted that the matter settled between the parties. The complainant is ready to pay Rs.4,50,000/- within one month. The opposite party also agreed. The opposite party submitted that all the pending cases against the complainant are also withdrawing by them as per the settlement. Hence the petition closed as per settlement.
