ORDER The complaint is allowed in part. The O.Ps. shall make sale deed in favour of the complainant for property bearing No.80, KHB colony, Chamarajanagar by deducting Rs.123-00 of site  measuring 7X80 ft. within one month from the date of this order. The OPs shall pay Rs.5,000-00 towards mental agony. The OPs shall Rs.500-00 towards cost of the proceedings.
