Complainant appeared directly and filed an advance petition. Copy received by the counsel who represented the opposite party. Advance petition allowed. 2^nd complainant filed a petition stating that they are ready to pay the entire loan amount to the opposite party, if the opposite party provides OTS facility. Counsel for the opposite party also appeared. Heard.

The opposite party is directed to provide OTS facility to the complainant with monthly instalments not less than two and the complainants are directed to pay the 1^st instalment within 15 days of the receipt of the copy of this order, till that further proceedings against the complainants may be kept in abeyance. Hence the petition dismissed.
