Complainant present. Opposite party 2 filed version. Vakalath also filed. Taken up at settlement. Talk held, settled in the following terms. Opposite party 1 shall produce the two title deeds and connected documents before the forum forth with and the title in respect of 50 cents(less 5 cents). Document No.1039/92 of the SRO Chavara shall be handed over to the complainant Bindu

on acknowledgment and the other document No.4715/01 of the SRO,Chavara and connected records will be deposited before the forum and those documents will be returned only after the disposal of the case pending before the Hon’ble High Court against the decree of the Family Court.
Counsel for opposite party 1 produced all documents deposited at the bank along with memo dated 24.07.18. Document No.1039/92 dated 06.3.92 of the SRO, Chavara and connected 6 documents returned to the complainant on acknowledgement and the remaining documents shall be kept in safe custody along with case file until further direction.
