Pleadings of the complainant in brief.

    1.   The complainant approached this Commission with her complaint about the debit of Rs.19000/- to her account SB 4294000105058404 in the case of two failed ATM transactions, attempted by her husband’s brother as per her directions.  First attempt for Rs.9500/- was made at opposite party ATM at Noorani and the 2^nd one for Rs.9500/- at State Bank of India ATM at Noorani.  According to her, in both the transactions cash was not dispensed, but account got debited totally for Rs.19,000/-.  Though she approached the opposite party for refund of the amount, they have not responded. 

 2.        Though notice was served to the opposite party, they never entered appearance and hence set ex-parte.

3.        The complainant remained absent throughout the proceedings.  Hence the case is taken for orders based on merits.

4.       In the absence of proof  affidavit and any documents in support of the claim made by the complainant, this Commission is unable to draw any conclusion in the matter. Since the complainant has failed to attend the proceedings in the case, it is also not clear whether the matter has been settled between the parties.

                In the result, the complaint is dismissed.
