Complainant appeared directly. Counsel also appeared. Opposite party also appeared through counsel. Counsel for the opposite party submitted that the opposite party is ready to hand over the RC Book and other documents of the vehicle without any further payment. Complainant also agreed. So the opposite party is directed to return the RC Book and other documents such as duplicate key, cheque leaves, termination letter to the complainant within 15 days. Opposite party agreed. Hence the petition dismissed as per settlement.
