                        This complaint filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

 

        2.     This complaint is filed by the complainant against the opposite party with regard to a loan transaction between the complainant and the opposite party. After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite party to appear before this Commission and accordingly on 23.11.2021, the counsel for the opposite party entered appearance and the case was adjourned to 29.12.2021 for vakalath and version of the opposite party. On 29.12.2021, as there was no sitting due to want of quorum, the case was adjourned to 19.02.2022.

        3.     Meanwhile, the complainant filed a memo stating that the dispute between the complainant and the opposite party is resolved out of court and she is not willing to further proceed with this complaint. In view of the memo of settlement filed by the complainant this Commission suo moto advanced this case from 19.02.2022 to this date for considering the memo of settlement filed by the complainant. The memo of settlement filed by the complainant accepted and recorded. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties to the dispute, we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed as settled.

                  In the result, the complaint is dismissed as settled. There will be no order as to costs.

                   A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
