4. 23.2.2016    :           This case record is taken up to day on the strength of an advance petition dt.17.2.16 filed by the A/R for the complainant.  On their petition the A/R for complainant submitted that the OP has agreed to settle the dispute by replacing the watch after withdrawal of the case.  The complainant has filed copy of email sent by OP.  Hence the complainant wants to withdraw this case as not pressed.

                        Heard.  In view of above facts the petition of the complainant for withdrawal is allowed and we close this case against the OP as not pressed.
