Advocate for the complainant is present and filed hazira. The O.Ps.  are absent. The memo dt. 16.03.2016 filed  by  the complainant is taken up today for consideration. Heard on the memo. The learned counsel submits that the O.Ps have already replaced the defective refrigerator and substituted a new refrigerator to the satisfaction of the complainant. It is further submitted that since a new refrigerator has been given to the complainant, he does not want to proceed with the case. In view of such submission and considering the memo, the consumer complainant is dropped and the case is closed.
