Final Order / Judgement

Date of Filing: 22.10.2019

Date of Disposal: 07.01.2020

The Complainant is present in person. Ops are present through the Ld. Advocate.

Today is fixed for filing settlement petition/compromise petition by both the parties.

The Complainant and the Ld. Counsel for the Ops have jointly make an endorsement on the settlement petition stating that as the grievance of the Complainant has duly been redressed by the Ops out of Court and the dispute has been settled amicably by and between the parties, the Complainant is not inclined to proceed with this Complaint further.

In the said application, the Complainant has prayed for withdrawal of the Complaint. It is stated by the Complainant that he has no further claim from the Ops.

Upon perusal of the settlement petition, in our view as the dispute has been resolved out of Court, by way of amicable settlement by and between the parties, hence we are inclined not to interfere with this matter and there in no bar to withdraw the Complaint as sought for by the Complainant.

Going by the foregoing discussion, hence it is ordered that the Complaint Case no. RBT/CC/114/2019 is hereby disposed of as withdrawn, in view of the petition filed by both the parties.

Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the CPR, 2005.
