ORDER

Order dt.18/04/2007 The complaint is allowed. The O.P-Insurance company is directed to indemnify the expenditure incurred by the complainant to the extent of Rs.57,655/- for vehicle repair with Rs.5000/- as damages and Rs.1000/- as cost of the proceedings to the complainant with in 60 days from the date of receipt of this order. sd/- M.R.Devappa, President, sd/- K.S.Prasad, Member
