ORDER

The complaint is partly allowed and the opposite party insurance company is hereby directed to settle the claim on non standard basis on a value to be assessed by the surveyor and with interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of the complaint. Further the opposite party is directed to pay Rs.1,000/- as the cost of this proceedings to the complainant. The above order shall be complied by the opposite party within sixty days from the date of receipt of the order.
