ORDER

     The case is at the stage of admission. At this stage, counsel for complainant withdraws this complaint with liberty to file fresh. He put an endorsement to this effect on the first page of the consumer complaint itself. In view of the endorsement made by counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh, as permissible under the law.
