The complaint was filed by the complainant U/S 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service against the opposite party in debiting a sum of Rs.59/- without the permission of the complainant along with a prayer to direct the opposite party to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and hardship caused to the complainant.
No representation for the complainant. Notice of transfer served on the complainant. Inspite of sufficient opportunities provided by this commission, no proof affidavit was filed. Hence, this commission is of the view that no purpose in keeping the complaint on file. Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed for non prosecution. No cost.
