                   Complaint presented before the registry of this Commission on 11.10.2023 and put up before this Commission on today itself. It is hereby ordered to be registered against the registration number already allotted by the registry of this Commission.                

                   Complainant attached documents Ex.C1 to Ex.C10 with the complaint.

             Keeping in view the even dated separate statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint on same cause of action, after removing the technical defect, if any.  Both Member files be returned to the complainant through his counsel. File be consigned to records.
