ORDER

Shri Sudip Majumder- President-in-Charge.

            Today one amendment petition has been files by the complainant. The same has been registered as M.A. Case being No. 21/2024. Record is now taken up for passing order.

            It appears from the case record the case has already been run exparte against the OP No. 3 Vide Order No. 33 dated 03/08/2022. It also appears that the case has already been run exparte against the OP Nos. 1 & 2 Vide Order No. 35 dated 31/08/2022.

            Perused the petition. Considered. From the content of the petition it appears that the complainant intends to amend the cause title of the petition of complaint as per schedule of the amendment petition dated 23/02/2024.

            In the instant case, this Commission is of view that if the prayer for amendment as made by the complainant would be allowed by this Commission that cannot change the nature and character of this case because it is formal in nature.

            Hence, the amendment petition being M.A. Case being No. 21/2024 is considered and allowed without contest and without any cost. Complainant is directed to file the amended complaint as soon as possible.

Thus the M.A. Case being No. 21/2024 is disposed of.

            Fix. 28/02/2024 for filing of amended complaint by the complainant and exparte argument.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
