Complainant is filed a petition praying for permission to withdraw the cheque amounting Rs.57,000/- on the ground as stated in the petition.

Hearing Ld. Advocate. Perused the file and the petitions considered.
The Ld. Advocate for the Complainant submits that O.P. has deposited Rs.57,000/- by cheque. As such he is not willing to proceed with the case. So the case should be drooped. Upon hearing Ld. Lawyer appearing for the Complainant, we are of the view that there is no bar in allowing the petitions as filed by the Complainant.
Hence, the petitions dated 03.10.18 are considered and allowed.
Complainant is permited to withdraw the cheque being No.615813 dated 14.09.18 amounting to Rs.57,000/- issued by the ICICI Bank, Nariman point, Mumbai-400021 in the name of Ayub Hossian Ahamed. Such cheque and original documents be handed over to Ayub Hossian Ahamad against proper receipt and identification.
Let the case be dropped accordingly.
The file need not to require put up on 30.10.18.
The petitions are disposed off accordingly.
