Ld. Advocate for the opposite party nos.1 and 2/petitioners is present.

The Misc. Application dated 16.02.2024 is taken up for hearing along with its objection.
Perused. Considered. Heard both sides.
Ld. Advocate for the opposite parties/petitioners submits that the complainant has relied upon some photo copies of the document submitted by him in his supplementary affidavit in chief. Prior to filing of questionnaires the opposite party nos.1 and 2 are required to inspect the original of those documents.
Ld. Advocate for the complainant submits that no specification of documents has been mentioned in the Misc. Application as such the same is liable to be rejected.
On perusal of the record we find that the complainant has submitted photo copies of documentary evidence along with supplementary affidavit in chief.
Therefore for proper adjudication of the case, the Misc. Application dated 16.02.2024 filed by the opposite party nos.1 and 2/petitioners is allowed.
The complainant is directed to submit the originals of the documentary evidence submitted in the form of supplementary evidence of affidavit by the complainant in CC/17/2022.
Thus the Misc. Application dated 16.02.2024 is allowed an disposed of on contest.
