ORDER

ORDER DATE-05/06/1996. Counsel for the complainant says that the complainant is absent inspite of writing several letter. persued the order sheet the complainant is not deligent to take steps to said the tyre in question to the laboratory. We have already passed an order that unless the tyre is tested by a laboratory it cannot be possible to find out whether the defect is manufacturing defect or not .
