                                                                                                      JUDGMENT

            Loan Recall Notice was issued on 18.7.2023 Notice U/s.17 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act was issued on 19.8.2023 and Final Award passed on 18.12.2023 but the consumer complaint was filed on 23.11.2023. Since the Arbitration proceeding is initiated prior to filing of consumer complaint the present consumer complaint is not maintainable before this Commission. Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.  

            Pronounced in the open Commission on this 20^th April,2024.
