None is appeared on behalf of the complainant. Today is fixed for admission hearing. Record reveals that this complaint was filed on 28.09.2018. The date was given for admission hearing on 09.10.2018. Due to resolution of local bar on 09.10.2018 admission hearing could not be taken up. Further date was given on 29.10.2018. On the said date none was present on behalf of the complainant and due to this reason further date was given on 05.11.2018 for admission hearing. On 05.11.2018 the complainant remains absent. For the interest of Natural Justice further date was given on today. But today the complainant remains absent without taking any step.
Under the circumstances we have no option but to dismiss the complaint for default without being admitted since filing till date more than 21 days have already been elapsed.
Hence,
it is ordered,
that the C.C. No. 400/2018 is hereby dismissed for default.
