 It appears from the photocopy of the order dt. 30.9.2021 in revision petition being no. RP/68/2019 arising out of order dt. 19.6.2019 in complaint case no. 244 of 2017 of DCDRC, Hooghly Hon’ble State Commission dismissed the above noted C.C. case.

Heard ld. Advocate of both sides and perused the case record this Commission is in the opinion to dismiss the C.C. case in accordance with the order of Hon’ble State Commission vide order dt. 30.9.2021 in connection with revision petition being no. RP/68/2019.

Let a plain copy of this order be supplied free of cost to the parties/their ld. Advocates/Agents on record by hand under proper acknowledgement/ sent by ordinary post for information and necessary action.
