Perused the record and found that the complainant and her husband has filed two number of cases for different vehicles vide C.C. No.100/2022, and CC.No.101/2022 for the same transaction cases have been filed suppressing material facts. It is presumed that the vehicle is meant for commercial purpose. The complainant has not come to the commission with clean hand, accordingly the case is dismissed.

            C.C. No.101 of 2022 is also disposed of accordingly.
