Today is fixed for further order. No steps taken by the Dhr. From the side of the Jdr. a petition has been filed praying to drop the execution case along with a part copy of final order passed by the Hon’ble State Commission in First Appeal

No.FA/29/2014 on 23.9.2015. From this copy it appears that the Hon’ble State Commission has been pleased to dispose of the First Appeal No. FA/ 29/ 2014 setting aside the impugned final order of this Forum under execution.
As at present there is no force of the final order under execution, there is nothing to proceed with this execution case further and it should be rejected.

that the execution case be and the same is rejected without any cost. Let the copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
