            Final Award under Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 has been passed on 05.8.2021 i.e. much prior to filing of consumer complaint i.e. on 18.12.2023. As such the consumer complaint is not maintainable before this Commission.  Accordingly consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
