Final Order / Judgement

The Ld. Advocate of the OP is present. But the complainant is absent without steps and no show cause is filed.

It seems to us that the complainant has lost interest to proceed with the case and for that it is not possible for the Commission to run the case with the repeated absence of the complainant. We think that this is a fit case for passing a dismissal order.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution; but without cost.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
