Final Order / Judgement

Matter taken up on the strength of advance petition filed by opposite parties No.1, 2 & 3. All the parties i.e. complainant, advocate for Insurance Company and financer have appeared before this Commission and filed a joint compromised petition settling the claim of Rs.8,13,000/- which is to be paid to opposite parties No.4 & 5 i.e. PPS Motors Pvt., Limited who have not appeared before us and no way affected by this joint petition.

            In view of the settlement between the parties there remains nothing for adjudication. The opposite parties No.1, 2 & 3 undertake to issue the cheque in favour of opposite parties No.4 & 5 within a period of 10 days from today. The opposite parties No.4 & 5 are directed to release the vehicle immediately in favour of the complainant immediately on receipt of the payment.

            The consumer complaint is disposed off accordingly on the basis of compromise petition of the both the parties without any cost.
