This is a complaint filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration.After hearing the matter the commission passed an order as follows:
This is a complaint filed by the complaint against the opposite party alleging deficiency in service. After admitting the complaint notice was issued to opposite party. But the notice of opposite party was returned with endorsement “not Known”. On 05/05/2021 the case was posted for steps. But the complainant was continuously absent and not taken steps to issue notice to opposite party. As the complainant was absent, a notice was issued to complainant to appear before this Commission. After accepting the notice the complainant failed to appear today before this Commission. In the above circumstances we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.
In the result complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to cost.
A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
