          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.100000/- towards compensation for the deficiency in service rendered by the opposite parties and to pay Rs.100000/- for harassment, inconvenience frustration and mental agony suffered by the complainant and costs.

          Complainant absent. No representation. Sufficient chances given.  Hence complaint is dismissed for default.
