ORDER

Order dt.08/06/1993 Party absent. Oejction filed. Heard advocates. Perused records on the complaint. I twas ordered that the complainant should furnish correct address of the complainant and the respondent (vide order sheet dt.1.12.92). Thsi office without knowing to this has registered the case. As could be seen there is no clear address of the complainant and the respondent. Who is the complainant and who is the respondent are not clear in the case. So called complant. Hence, it is very vague. On that ground it self the complaint so filed is liable to be filed. Accordingly it is filed. The question of withdrawal subsequently does not arise. Hence, the order.
